Quickstep

"Step-hop step-hop quick & quick quick & quick.."

had my first quickstep comp class yesterday.. i was so scared.. i was nv so scare to dance.. but yesterday, or rather since the last tango class, i was very scared le..

i was not scared of the running around and jumping around.. afterall, i did much faster dances like jive n comtemp as well.. but it's the "staying together" with your partner as u jumped and hopped tt's difficult.. n i was so afraid.. i always find it vey amazing that 2 pple can stay together with all the skipping and running! n my partner loves Quickstep and Foxtrot! (the 2 dances that i m most afraid of.)

Fortunately, things din turn out too bad.. n routine is not as difficult (yet) as that for tango and waltz.. meaning, i still can manage.. in fact, i beginning to like Quickstep too.. it's quite fun.. i just started smiling naturally when i hop n skip around haha.. my teacher said i m like a little girl running in playground, 玩到滿身大汗。。 haha.. i m enjoying myself!
