"Looks are deceiving!!"

Her name is Michelle Cheng Siew Ling. She is only 20 year old.
Isn't she innocent? Doesn't she's blessed with pretty face?
But TOO BAD!! She has a ROTTEN HEART! Totally NO INTEGRITY and a LIAR!!!
She was employed by me and my colleague as Personal Assistant (PA). However, we terminated her immediately when she found her dishonest.
Firstly, she took a leave on 30th Jan, reason given was to celebrate CNY. Being understanding bosses, we approved her leave and allowed her to make up the hours, without having pay-cut. She was supposed to come back on the 7th Feb, saturday, 9am to 2pm to make up the full day that she took off. However, she did not come and she did not inform any of us. In fact, she actually intend to cover up her MIA by dating the tasks completed in a book we tracked her work done 7th Feb, the date she did not turn up! As she did not punch her card, we questioned her. She admitted she did not come and claimed that she was careless and dated wrongly in the book. Since she admitted, we did not pursue the issue any further so long she made up the hours.
As if cheating us once is not enuff. She again took a leave on the eve of valentine day, 13th Feb. The reason given was to take her mother for medical check up. Abiding our company culture of Family first, Self second, then Organisation, naturally we approved her leave. On 16th Feb, when we assessed her 1-mth's performance and deciding to keep her or sack her, I had asked her one more time what she did on 13th Feb. She appeared pityfully and innocently that she brought her mother to a clinic in bishan, fr 9am to 2-3pm. Only to our disappointment to find out that she actually took the leave off to celebrate Vday with her boyfriend!! (She blogged in details the day's activities.)
Another incident was she was caught surfing personal websites during offical hours. Instead of admitting her mistake at once, she attempted to deny and "smoke" her way through (tried to cheat us again!!). Upon further firm questioning, she admitted to surf personal websites.
Within 1mth, she could do so many stunts. muz b Guiness Records alrdy lor. Not to mention her inappropriate attire and not on time for work, despite many warnings.
We told her nicely that we cannot keep her in the job and hoped she can understand our position, that we had lost trust in her alrdy. She claimed she respect our decision and appear fine (not at all remorseful!!)
And guess wat...
She called us names in her blog!
What an ungrateful BITCH!!
We reali learnt a great lesson.
Looks reali can be deceiving.
